Return Product for Service / Repair

USA:  QSC offers two options for product repair:

International: Please contact your local QSC Distributor.

The following products can only be repaired using
QSC Factory Service and PREMIER Service Centers:

  • TouchMix-30 Pro
  • PLD Series
  • PL380

Drop Off at QSC Authorized Service Center

USA Only

  1. Find a QSC Authorized Service Center.
  2. Drop off your QSC product at the service center of your choice.
    Don't forget to provide a sales receipt for warranty repairs.

If you lost or misplaced your receipt, contact Support and ask about your warranty information.

Important Note: You do not need to complete an RMA form for QSC Authorized Service Center local repairs. 

Ship to QSC for Factory Service

USA Only

  1. Click here to start the RMA process.
  2. Read and agree to the QSC Terms of Service.
  3. Sign in to QSC.
  4. Fill out the case form. Be sure to select "New RMA for Repair" as the Type.
  5. Click Submit.
