EASE Focus for Wideline & ILA Line Arrays

The EASE Focus is a software that allows the modelling of acoustic sources, in particular line arrays, in two dimensions.  It only considers the direct field, created by the complex addition of the sound contributions of the individual loudspeakers or array components.

This version of EASE Focus is configured specifically for QSC's ISIS WideLine Array and QSC's ILA Installation Line Array

INSTALLATION NOTE: Before installing newer versions, you should backup all project files and non-QSC system definition files, uninstall the older version and delete the application directory. Installation Error Remedy (PDF)

To install, right-click the link above, choose "save target as" and select a location on your hard drive. Then unzip the file and run Setup.exe

Compared to v1.40 this software includes the following changes:
  • New measuring functions for distance and delay: For a differential read-out keep Ctrl and the left mouse button pressed when moving the mouse.
  • AutoSplay functions revised and extended, among other things especially for groundstack situations
  • System Info section revised
  • Extended display of Warnings
  • Changes for Vista compatibility
  • Several minor improvements and bugfixes

Download EFO Files
Download these files only if you have an existing EASE Focus installation and are missing these QSC data files. The package above will automatically install these files for you. Installtion instructions: Extract the .efo files from the .zip archive and copy them to the System Definitions directory of your EASE Focus install and remove older versions.
