To get the best sonic performance from your loudspeakers, QSC recommends that you power them with an amplifier that is rated for at least two times the loudspeaker's continuous power rating or equal to the loudspeaker's program power rating. This amplifier selector will help you choose a QSC amplifier that can provide maximum performance for even the most demanding audio program material.
The green bars represent a range of ±1 dB from the amplifier's EIA 1 kHz, 1% THD power rating. A loudspeaker that falls on the left end of the bar would receive 1 dB more power than its program power rating. A loudspeaker falling on the right end of the bar would receive 1 dB less power. As a practical matter, a 1 dB change in acoustic output is imperceptible to most listeners.
** Stereo operation with bridge mono mode requires two amplifiers.
